Archers continues to expand rapidly, and we are now seeking a motivated and experienced Body Corporate Manager to join our Brisbane team The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the following skills:- * Minimum 2 years Body Corporate Management industry experience;
* Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations);
* Ability to interpret financial statements;
* Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office;
* Experience in BCMax would be highly regarded, however training will be provided;
* Superior people / communication skills;
* Proven ability to work in a team environment as well as unsupervised; and
* Available to attend client meetings after hours, if required. The successful applicant will be expected to administer their own portfolio strictly to the requirements of the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 and associated Regulation Modules. Own transport is essential and remuneration will be in line with experience. This is an excellent career advancement for the right candidate.
