Executive Officer 

Viane Watson

Viane has a diverse professional background that includes local government, health and the building inspection industries. Armed with qualifications including a post graduate diploma in management and a master’s degree in business administration he specialises in business administration, governance, board relations, human resources and finances.His skills include emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, interpersonal relationships, leadership, strategic thinking, analytical and problem solving and sustainable innovation.He was CEO of Alzheimer’s Australia Gold Coast reporting to a board of 15 with 6 senior directs and 65 staff operationally.  He was CEO of a community government council in the Northern Territory reporting to a board of 12 with 5 senior directs and 156 staff operationally.  He worked at senior level with local and national companies in New Zealand in the building inspection industry.  He established and developed his own company in New Zealand in the same industry from the ground floor as managing director.  He worked for the NZ fire service for some years reaching senior operational management level and finishing off in the fire safety department in a senior community educational  role.  

 

 

Events, Training & Publications Co-Ordinator 

Natalie O’Driscoll 

Natalie’s background as a property manager has served to hone her skills in time management and client relationships.  She is also an experienced Events Manager, having worked both in Queensland and interstate on conferences and exhibitions with hundreds of delegates.   

She brings strong administrative ability and a creative streak to all of her tasks, and enjoys seeing the results of her efforts at a successful conference with happy delegates.  Natalie is committed to ensuring the success of the CTIQ as a peak industry body, and is constantly thinking of ways to maintain and improve the services to its members.  Natalie has a diploma of Project Management, a Certificate IV in Business and is currently studying Psychology at QUT.

 

 

Finance & Administration Officer

Katherine Mason


Katherine has achieved a Bachelor of Business in Accounting (with distinction) and has over six years accountancy experience working in a Brisbane Chartered Accountancy firm and in a variety of commerce roles in London.

In the role of Finance and Administration Officer, she is responsible for all account matters and looking after membership renewals and updates.  Feel free to give her a call at our office if you have any membership or accounting enquiries.
