The office of the Community Titles Institute Queensland Limited (CTIQ) has a full-time staff responsible for the administration of all of the Institute's activities, including delivery of training programs and working with the Board to progress legislative reform. They are able to provide advice and guidance on the Institute's work and are happy to assist members on matters affecting community titles schemes or the management of body corporate committees where possible. For complex questions that require a detailed answers CTIQ staff will endeavor to find an answer if contacted by a member. Non-members will be directed to a Government Department that may be able to assist or invited to join the Institute.
