The Community Titles Institute Queensland - Limited (CTIQ) is governed by a Board of Directors comprising twelve members supported by CTIQ staff. They are elected by the membership and under the terms of the CTIQ constitution, half of the Directors must vacate their position and if nominated again, can be re-elected each year. The current composition of the Board of Directors is as follows:

The President, Senior Vice President, Vice President and Treasurer are elected by the Board of Directors at the first meeting of the Board following an Annual General Meeting (AGM) and comprise the Executive of the Board. Generally the AGM is held in October or November each year.
